How to become Student of the Year

All of our Students of the Month will be invited to complete a scholarship application which is administrated by the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce. A Chamber scholarship committee will judge the applications and select 12 students of the year from the pool of students from each comprehensive high school and the pool of students from the private/charter/alternative/independent study school group. The final scholarship winners will attend the Student of the Year Scholarship and Recognition breakfast on May 21, 2012. The applications will be given to the students in early spring with a deadline for completion in April. The application will request grades, school activities, community service, two short essays about how you have made a difference and how the scholarship will benefit you, two letters of recommendation and information about where you plan to attend college. Be sure to write your Thank You notes for extra points.
